OBJECTIVE

Jimmy MacAndrew is a local community member who had a desire to run for an open seat on the Coeur d'Alene School District's Board of Trustees.

After spending time with Jimmy, it was clear that his values were those that Blue Zone could stand behind and support as a political candidate. We were very excited to assist Jimmy in his run for this position.

1. RESEARCH: Our team maintained constant research throughout the campaign to watch competing candidates, upcoming opportunities for awareness, and to monitor public relations and sentiment for Jimmy and his campaign.
2. STRATEGY: After our initial onboarding meeting, the Blue Zone team strategized how we would help Jimmy with this campaign.
3. TIMING: Much of a political campaign comes down to timing. Throughout the campaign as we executed our strategy, we carefully outlined the timing and deadlines of every step of the campaign, including events, endorsements, early voting, voting day, and the many communication opportunities along the way.
4. COMMUNICATION: We worked closely with Jimmy throughout the campaign, meeting weekly, to ensure the entire team was aware and involved in the strategy of the campaign.

WHAT WE DID

• Created a website for voters to learn about Jimmy Mac.
• Created a donation portal for voters to donate to his campaign.
• Managed his social media, organic and ads, to drive visibility to his website and blog posts for voters to learn about his key values.
• Captured media including headshots, b-roll, brand ethos interview content, and event content to bring Jimmy's story to all voters.
